Most relationships begin with a free audit of an existing website, campaign or brand.

Objectives, success measures and constraints are agreed in writing before work starts.

Many clients continue after the first project with quarterly reviews, campaign support and further iteration.

Confidentiality

Client identities and commercially sensitive data are not disclosed without consent, and published results are de-identified.

What we ask from clients

Projects move on the material they receive. Before work starts we ask for the content, brand assets and system access needed for the first stage, and for one person who can approve decisions.

• Existing website access, analytics history and any campaign accounts already running;
• Brand assets in their original formats — logo files, colour values and typefaces;
• Product, service and pricing information in the form the business wants it published;
• A named decision-maker, so review cycles close rather than stall.

Where material is not ready, the stage that depends on it is scheduled around it instead of holding the whole project.

Working alongside in-house teams

Several clients have marketing or IT staff. Work is divided by written agreement at the start: we take the build and measurement, the internal team keeps ownership of the areas it already runs, and both sides use the same reporting.

At handover, clients receive documentation for what was built, the accounts in their own name, and a walkthrough of the parts they will maintain. Source files, repositories and ad accounts are transferred rather than held on our side.

How results are reported

Each engagement ends a stage with a written summary: what changed, what was measured, and what the numbers were against the baseline recorded before work began. Retainer clients receive the same summary monthly.

Where a result falls short of the target, the summary states that as well, together with the next change proposed.
